COL Family, we will again be hosting a CrossFit Level 1 Certification at our home gym Saturday and Sunday March 23rd and 24th.
In Person Classes and Open Gym times will be canceled, but we will be hosting an off site workout on Saturday March 23rd at 9am. Details will be provided as we get closer to the date.
