On Saturday March 23rd COL will be closed and will not have any Saturday classes as we will be hosting a CrossFit Level 1 Seminar at COL.
Rather than having an off site workout as we have done in the past when hosting L1 seminars, COL has teamed up with The Golden Valley Fire Department to deliver a 90 min Lay Person CPR / AED course.
The course will be from 9:00-10:30am on Saturday March 23rd at the Golden Valley Fire Station (Station 1). The course will be led by Bethany Brunsell and other members of the Golden Valley Fire Department that are also COL members!
The course will be free of charge to COL members. The 90 minute class will be capped at 40 COL Members. Pre registration is required and you can reserve your spot on the sign up sheet in the COL Lobby. Individuals who complete the course will receive a Lay Responder certificate of completion.
CPR and AED training is extremely important to our community after the life saving event that happened to our long time COL member and friend Kyle Lindstrom.
We look to always give our community every chance to be educated and learn the importance of CPR and AED training and education.
