The COL Sadie Slam is an in-house CrossFit Competition held right here at CrossFit City of Lakes for our community. The one day CF Competition will take place on Saturday January 13th from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Divisions:
2 Person Teams made up of MF, MM or FF in RX, Scaled and Master's 35+
Cost:
$140 per team
(Event Fee includes - Competition Registration, Competition Tumbler, 4-5 Workouts Top 3 Finishers in each division will win prizes)
Registration Opens:
Monday December 18th
Division Standards: (This is for fun, ask a coach if you are unsure what division to sign up for)
RX - You can complete all benchmark workouts RX.
Scaled - You can complete some benchmark workouts RX, but possibly are still developing a few holes in your CrossFit game.
Master's 35+ - You can complete most benchmark workouts RX, but your creaky joints and some tightness in your hips inhibit some movements. ;)
