CITY OF LAKES NUTRITION JUMP START

Regardless of your fitness goals, nutrition is key. Here at City of Lakes we are happy to have a Registered Dietitian and a team of nutrition experts to guide you in your health goals. We offer in person meetings and accountability sessions. Unlike other programs who simply give you calories and provide online check ins, we look at the entire person, their lifestyles, their struggles and use a scientific approach that anyone can adhere to. Whether you want to make it to Crossfit Regionals, fit in your wedding dress, not fear your favorite foods, nutrition coaching at COL has you covered. Our 8 Week Jump Start program is a great way to get anyone started on their nutrition goals.

Once you have completed COL’s 8 week Jump Start program some athletes still need accountability and assistance in their health and wellness journey. Our maintenance program has you covered. With one on one attention, support and adjusting nutrition needs along the way the Monthly Maintenance plan is a great way to stay focused.
