COL Youth Athlete Camp Registration is Now Open!



Middle School Camp (10-14 Years Old) 
Monday, June 14th – Friday, June 18th

High School Camp (15-18 Years Old)
Monday, June 21st – Friday, June 25th
1:15pm – 2:15pm



Have your Pre-Teens or Teens been socially distancing for long enough? Are they ready for some in-person learning? Have they been on screens way too much this school year and are in need of a little jump start heading into their summer?  

Well… this Summer’s COL Youth CrossFit Camp might be just what they need. Our 1 Week summer camps are an excellent introduction to basic Olympic Lifting, teaching and understanding body mechanics, learn about mono-structural movements such as rowing, running and jumping rope and most importantly will have a ton of fun and gain confidence in the process. Classes will be capped at 20 athletes and will be lead by both Coach Sarah S and Coach Jason J. Each Athlete will receive a COL Gift bag upon completion of the week camp.

Middle School Camp: Monday, June 14th – Friday, June 18th

High School Camp: Monday, June 21st – Friday, June 25th

Both week sessions are M-F (5 classes) 1:15pm -2:15pm
