COL Summer Stretch and Relax Series

With how hard CrossFitters train it is inevitable that from time to time we can feel a little sore or beat down. That is why here at CrossFit City of Lakes this summer we are starting an eight week Recovery Yoga series that will focus on stretching, recovery and calming and relaxing our body. Here are the details you need to know.

 

WHEN IS COL’S NEW YOGA CLASS?  

Sunday’s at 9:00-10:00am.  The Yoga series will run for 8 weeks from Sunday July 7th until Sunday Aug 25th.

 

WHO WILL BE TEACHING THE CLASS?

Barbara Platnick Registered Yoga Alliance Yoga Instructor.  Barbaba has been apart of CrossFit City of Lakes Community for over 5 years and is an avid CrossFitter and Yoga junky.  Barbara knows how hard we train and also knows the need and benefit of recovering and repairing our bodies through yoga.

 

WHO WILL BENEFIT FROM RECOVERY YOGA?

Anyone feeling sore, stressed or in need of increased mobility will benefit from COL Recovery Yoga.  All athletes are welcome. No Yoga experience needed.
