Who is CrossFit Kids Camp For?

Any child who is between the ages of 6 and 12 and wants to be active, have fun and learn basic movement mechanics through the CrossFit methodology.  

What Is CrossFit Kids?

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children…CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.

What will your kids be doing in CrossFit City of Lakes Kids Camp?

Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Your little ones will be running, jumping, throwing, lifting and moving as a functional human and having a lot of fun in the process.

Coach Jason Johnson, Coach Samantha Johnson and Coach Sarah Weidler.

How do I register my little one?

Email Jason today at jason@crossfitcityoflakes.com to register and reserve your kiddos spot. Space is limited so it will be first come, first serve.
